These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ALE Home Connect™ website, digital services, and communication systems (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or submitting information through this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use this Site.

ALE Home Connect™ is a housing coordination service that connects property owners with displaced policyholders following insured events. We operate as a communication and documentation facilitator only, and not as a landlord, tenant, real estate broker, property manager, insurer, or legal representative.

Use of the Site does not create any agency, partnership, or employment relationship between you and Pure Growth Management LLC.

No Real Estate, Legal, or Insurance Advice

Information provided on the Site is for coordination purposes only and does not constitute:

  • Legal advice
  • Real estate brokerage services
  • Property management services
  • Insurance underwriting or claim approval
  • Financial guarantees or payment assurances

Users should consult their own legal or professional advisors where necessary.

User Eligibility & Responsibilities

By using the Site, you represent that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Have lawful authority to provide property or personal information submitted
  • Will provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Will comply with all applicable laws, including Fair Housing and non-discrimination rules

You may not use this Site to submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information.

Submission of Property Information

Landlords and property owners may submit rental properties for potential placement. Submission does not guarantee:

  • Listing or marketing of the property
  • Placement of an occupant
  • Rental income or occupancy duration

All tenancy decisions remain solely with the property owner.

Pure Growth Management LLC reserves the right to decline participation of any property at any time.

Payments & Fee Structure

Rental payments to property owners are made directly by the responsible payer (insurer or authorized partner). ALE Home Connect™ does not collect, hold, or disburse rent.

ALE Home Connect™ charges service fees to property owners for coordination services. These fees are separate from rent and do not create a landlord–tenant relationship.

Payment timing is aligned with the insurer-approved rental payment schedule. More details are outlined in our Landlord Housing Coordination Agreement.

No Screening Representations

Users acknowledge that Pure Growth Management LLC does not perform or guarantee tenant screening. We make no representations related to:

  • Criminal history
  • Creditworthiness
  • Employment verification
  • Rental history
  • Suitability of any occupant

Landlords are solely responsible for conducting any background checks or verification required.

Confidentiality & Data Privacy

We collect and process personal information only as needed to coordinate housing opportunities.
Handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

You consent to communication via email, phone, SMS, and other channels necessary to coordinate services.

Website Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site
  • Copy, scrape, harvest, or misuse data on the Site
  • Use the Site for illegal, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent activity
  • Interfere with network functionality or security
  • Impersonate another person or entity

Violation may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site — including branding, logos, text, graphics, software, forms, and media — is the exclusive property of Pure Growth Management LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Use of the Site is at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Growth Management LLC is not liable for:

  • Property damage, loss, injury, or theft
  • Rent disputes, non-payment, or delayed payments
  • Acts or omissions of tenants, insurers, or third-party providers
  • Errors in property listings or communication delays
  • Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages

Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed any service coordination fees paid directly to Pure Growth Management LLC.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Pure Growth Management LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Site
  • Your submission of property or tenant information
  • Violations of these Terms
  • Lease disputes or housing outcomes

This obligation survives termination of service.

Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate Site access without notice if you:

  • Submit false or unlawful information
  • Violate these Terms or applicable laws
  • Engage in misconduct toward insurers or occupants

Termination does not eliminate any outstanding obligations.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within California jurisdiction.

Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
