ALE Home Connect™ is a housing coordination service owned and operated by Pure Growth Management LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of California. We provide a platform and communication network designed to connect property owners and landlords with families who have been displaced from their primary residence due to insured events such as fire, flood, or other covered losses. This Legal Information & Policies statement explains our role, the limitations of our services, and the responsibilities of all parties involved.

By accessing our website, and submitting your property, or communicating with ALE Home Connect™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

Nature of Services & Relationship Disclaimer

ALE Home Connect™ operates solely as a third-party coordinator. We serve as a communication facilitator between property owners and insurance-approved housing partners. We do not act as a real estate broker, property manager, insurer, landlord, tenant, or legal representative of any party involved.

We do not:

Sign leases on behalf of landlords or tenants
Manage or supervise tenant behavior or occupancy
Own, control, or maintain any listed property
Provide insurance, legal advice, or property management services

Landlords maintain sole authority over their property and retain full control over tenant approval and lease terms.

No Guarantee of Property Placement or Income

Submitting property information to ALE Home Connect™ does not guarantee that your property will be selected, shown, or occupied by displaced policyholders. Placement is dependent on:

Insurance company approval
Location and property type matching displaced-family needs
Availability and rental terms
Property compliance with housing requirements

No listing on our platform shall be interpreted as a guaranteed or implied source of rental income. Rental payments and deposits are made directly between the insurer or responsible payer and the property owner. ALE Home Connect™ does not collect, hold, or disburse rent.

Landlord Responsibilities & Legal Compliance

Landlords are fully responsible for ensuring:

Their property complies with local, state, and federal housing laws
Habitable, safe, and healthy living conditions at the time of occupancy
Utilities and service responsibilities are clearly disclosed
Tenant screening and leasing practices comply with regulatory requirements
Property information submitted is accurate and truthful
Property access and readiness are provided in accordance with lease agreements

Landlords are also responsible for any deposits, repairs, maintenance obligations, eviction actions, or legal disputes arising from the tenancy.

Tenant and Insurer Responsibilities

Occupants and their insurers are responsible for:

Executing lease agreements directly with the landlord
Making timely rental payments authorized by the insurer
Adhering to property rules and maintaining responsible occupancy
Addressing damages or violations per lease terms

ALE Home Connect™ may facilitate communication but is not responsible for compliance.

Financial Limitations & Payment Processing

While ALE Home Connect™ may assist in coordination of rental approval and invoice sharing, all rental payments originate from insurers or their approved housing partners, not from Pure Growth Management LLC.We are not financially liable for:
- Late or missed rental payments
- Damage deposits or fees
- Chargebacks, financial disputes, or lease enforcement issues
Landlords must review all payment terms before approving placement. Rental payments and deposits are handled directly between the insurer (or their approved payment partner) and the property owner. ALE Home Connect™ does not collect or disburse rent and does not guarantee payments.

Information Accuracy & Updates

Landlords and property representatives are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted, including rental pricing, availability dates, pet and occupancy rules, and property condition details, is accurate and current as of submission. Substantial inaccuracies or non-disclosure may result in removal from the program.

Privacy & Data Usage

ALE Home Connect™ collects personal and property information solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility and coordinating service requests. Information may be securely shared with insurance companies, policyholders, and authorized partners when appropriate to facilitate placement.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes applicable rights under state and federal law.

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Growth Management LLC is not responsible for:

Personal injury, loss, or damages suffered on any listed property
Theft, accidents, safety hazards, or tenant misconduct
Property damage or maintenance issues
Utility outages or environmental conditions
Disputes arising between landlords and tenants

Any claim of damages must be resolved directly between the contracting parties through their lease agreement or applicable insurance policies.

In no event shall our liability exceed any administrative fee directly paid to Pure Growth Management LLC, if applicable.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content hosted under ALEHomeConnect.com, including brand name, logos, web design, forms, text content, documentation, and media, is owned by Pure Growth Management LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized usage, reproduction, or representation is prohibited.

Policy Modifications & Legal Updates

We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory changes, service adjustments, or clarity improvements. Updates become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Users are encouraged to periodically review this Legal Information & Policies page.

Use of ALE Home Connect™ services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of California state courts.
